Ciplar LA 20mg Tablets

Description

Ciplar LA tablet is used to treat heart-related conditions such as high blood pressure, irregular heartbeats, heart-related chest pain and hypertrophic subaortic stenosis (a disorder of heart muscle). It is used to prevent heart attacks, tremors and migraines. It contains propranolol as an active ingredient. Propanolol works by relaxing the blood vessels, which slows down the pulse, thus improving the blood flow and decreases the blood pressure. Ciplar LA tablet should be taken as directed by the doctor and in doses and duration as prescribed. It can be taken with or without food. Do not stop taking this medicine unless asked to do so by the doctor. Some common side effects of this medicine are fatigue, palpitations, sleep disturbances but not everybody gets them. These side effects normally go away with time, but if you feel the side effects persist, you should consult your doctor. Before using Ciplar LA tablet, inform the doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history.
