Description

Glycomet-1 GM tablet is an oral anti-diabetic medicine. Glycomet tablet is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It contains metformin as its active ingredient. Metformin acts by lowering the raised blood glucose levels in the blood when lifestyle changes like dietary modifications are not properly able to control blood glucose levels. It should be taken as directed by the doctor and in doses and duration as prescribed. It should preferably be taken after meals. Glycomet-1 GM tablets should not be used by children below 10 years of age.
