Alaspan Am Tablets

Description

Alaspan AM tablet is used to relieve seasonal allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny or blocked nose, burning, itching, watery eyes. It is also used to treat cough. It is a combination medicine containing loratadine and ambroxol. Alaspan AM tablet works by promoting surfactant production and stimulates ciliary activity then it leads to loosening of the mucus which makes it easier to cough out and helps in reducing skin allergic or other allergic symptoms. It should be taken as directed by the doctor and in doses and duration as prescribed. It can be taken with or without food. Do not stop taking this medicine unless asked to do so by the doctor. Before using Alaspan AM tablet, inform the doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history.
